Research On Fuzzy Quality Control Charts Based On Similarity Index

This paper is focusing on the the design of a kind of control chart based on fuzzy similarity in the monitor of products quality. At first, this paper study on fuzzy closeness agree reflecting fuzzy quality level of products. Probability properties of this fuzzy index are analyzed and Beta distribution is used to calibrate its variety. To be specific, parameter estimation of Beta distribution and statistical properties of estimated parameters are described. Secondly, An extended Taguchi quality loss function is introduced to characterize varied quality level of. Next I construct fuzzy control chart by calculating the central line and control limits of. Then the paper presents the formulae of process ability indices and discuss their distribution. At last, a numerical example is given to illustrate the performance of the fuzzy control chart I have constructed.
