When produced in1930s, Control chart is an important part of the statistical process control (SPC) and a method of the real-time monitoring of production process. Quality control predicts the trend of product quality in advance, alarm in abnormal phenomenon, take measures to improve quality problems in time and ensure product quality stability. In the end, it can achieve the purpose of monitoring and improving product quality ultimately. Since then, the control chart is an important part of the field of quality monitoring and prediction. After80years, application of control chart application in the field of both scope and depth has the qualitative improvement. Now it is becoming the core and foundation in many industries. With the development of production and people’s awareness in depth, the control chart has a new role in new areas. Such as:quality control in the service industry. Therefore, the control chart is important increasingly.With the ongoing research on the control charts, the control chart which based on mathematical statistics is a comprehensive and scientific science. For the fuzzy phenomenon in production, quality control’s theoretical research has developed rapidly. This is the research for quality control chart based on demand of fuzzy mode. But the number of the research for quality control chart based on demand of fuzzy and random mode is small, this part of the study of the theory still have not appear classic academic achievements.On one hand, fuzzy random theories develop fast. On the other hand, quality control chart based on demand of fuzzy and random mode is the lack of the guidance of the formula. According to the above situation, this paper makes the research for quality control chart based on demand of fuzzy and random mode. Among them, the quality characteristic variables of the control charts both have fuzziness and randomness. The paper first presents basic definitions, theorems and describes its digital features expectations, variance about the fuzzy and fuzzy random theory. Then, according to the formula of control charts’ control lines and the theorem of fuzzy random theory, this paper make a control chart’ theory expression based on fuzzy random mode. In this article, the author make the research on X-R control chart control charts,CUSUM control chart and give their respective control chart formulas in subsequent chapters respectively, in the end it will prove the formula of validity through the case studies.
