| The thesis studies the techniquesin developing The Public Integration Platform of Geographic Information Resources for Government (PIPGIRG) discussing how to plan, build, use and maintain it.As a kind of government information resources special, government geographic information resources undertakes the e-government information resources space location framework functions, along with the development of digital technology, geographic information system (GIS) used in the city management of the increasingly widespread, especially in building smart City, GIS has become the basic support system.The PIPGIRG is in accordance with the resources sharing idea, basing on the information network, security and intensive use of geographical data as the objective, the development and utilization of information resources sharing by means of technology as the core, by building an advanced complete and standard system, we realize the integration of government geographic information and sharing of resources, to avoid problems of Government Geographic Information Resources disorderly development, information infrastructure construction and related data can not be shared. The PIPGIRG is the core foundation platform of smart City, according to the unified standard, the data integration methods to describe the government activities, storage and use, to provide the basic data for an unified framework for the application of e-government, the functional departments of the government’s breakthrough isolated information, in accordance with the order information sharing rules.
