With the in-depth development of urbanization,Smart City construction relying on informationization has become the new approach to urbanization.The rapid information integration based on integrated geographic information,including integrating such public information resources as population,legal person and macro economy,is one of the basic requirements in Smart City construction.The integration and efficient application of the four largest basic information databases is a powerful data mining tool for Smart City,which can not only collect information for sharing but also provide comprehensive basis and support for urban administrators and policy-makers.At present,most public information service platforms based on the four largest basic information databases have such problems as information redundancy and information island.Therefore,how to realize sharing and integration is the bottleneck that needs urgent exploring.Facing with this hot issue,in this paper,a set of Smart City public information integration framework is designed through analyzing data integration technology,urban public database and geocoding.And then,guided by the theoretical framework,the feasibility of integrating urban public information(the four largest basic urban public information databases)based on the geocoding service system is verified preliminarily in the practice of the Lecong Spatial-temporal Information Management Platform Project.In this paper,firstly,the data integration technology and the four largest basic urban public information databases are analyzed and the Smart City information integration framework based on the geocoding service system is put forward;and then,based on the core content of the integration framework--the geocoding service system,the geocoding management service platform and its functional modules are designed in detail;moreover,the core content of geocoding is studied based on the lucene address coding engine.And last,according to the prototype design,the Lecong Spatial-temporal Information Management Platform Project realizes such platform application functions as three-dimensional display based on geocoding service and 3DGIS technology,information integration,information inquiry,information statistics and its operation and maintenance.Theoretically guided by the urban public information integration framework based on geocoding service,in this paper,new urban public information integration model is put forward and practiced in the pilot project of the first Smart Cities with the expectation to provide a new thought for informatization in Smart Cities,especially in the aspect of information integration.
