A Research On Institution Of Green Logistics

The dissertation is based on the basic theories of sustainable development, ecological economics, circular economy, institutional economics and some systematic studies are developed in the systems analysis, international compare, institutional analysis and institutional design about green logistics institution applying some theories, such as system dynamics, game theory, institutional economics and welfare economics based on the other scholars'research.First of all, the definition of green logistics system is indicated, the connotation, functional elements, structure and run modes of green logistics sysytem are analyzed, the environmental demand of green logistics institution is discussed and the influence each other between green logistics institution and its environmental factors is studied by the method of system dynamics. The enterprise behavioral choice is explored by building up game models according to three different restrictive conditions of green logistics intitution and the conclusion is made that the key to all institutional arrangement and game is how to solve the relation between the enterprise cost and profit to put green logistics in practice; To develop green logistics is uncertain when the logistics enterprise is guided only by market mechanism, hence, it's necessary for the government to make rational institutional arrangement to control and restrict the action of logistics main body. The decision—making by the government to develop the institution of green logistics is put forward, including the government regulation, the regulation of competitive market order and incentive policy.Then, the evolution of green logistics institution of the developed countries is summarized and the compare and analysis are made to the main developed countries, by which it can be inferred that different countries'evolution track of green logistics institution is not just the same and it should be combined with the situation and the seedtime of its own country. On the other hand, the trails of different countries' green logistics institution reach common goals by different means in the end:the aim of logistics enterprises starts from focusing only on economic benefit and quantitative expansion to paying attention to the combination of economic benefit, social duty and environment benefit; the logistics mode runs to close circular green logistics system based on the whole product lifecycle from one—way linear conventional logistics. At the end of this chapter, the elicitation which should be learned from green logistics institution of the developed countries is found out detailedly.Next, the status quo and the existent problem of green logistics and green logistics institution of our country are analyzed, the ways to realize green logistics institution in our country are further discussed, which includes three parts:the government should play an important role in regulation and prompting, the enterprises should take principal part in implementing green logistics institution and the consumers must be cultivated to fall into the habit of green consumption.Finally, green logistics institution of our country is designed systematically, which involves four kinds of institution design:green transport, green package, green storage and reverse logistics. Different variables, including the probability inspected by the government, supervised cost, delearning rate, allowance level, allowance time and allowance rate, etc. are quantificationally analyzed in detail how to impact corporate behaviors by building up several models in institution design of reverse logistics. The enterprises self—discipline mechanism based on the extended producer responsibility is also designed at last.In conclusion, green logistic institution is systematically studied by the means of qualitative and quantitative analysis in this dissertation, the fundamental theories, systems analysis, international compare, realization approach and institution design of green logistics institution are analyzed from the view of microcosm and macrocosm. Some suggestions are put forward on the development of green logistics in our country.
