In the field of Knowledge Management, Nonaka and Takeuchi (1995)'s classic book"The Knowledge-Creating Company"has been widely cited. There's few literature test the theory by empirical studies. The research is based on the primary concept of Knowledge Spiral Theory and we combine it with the theory of innovation. We aim to analyze Knowledge Spiral Theory with empirical studies. We hope the empirical result might feedback to academic studies and practical business studies. Our goal is offering a new direction for researching. We expect that we can build up some critical suggestions and lead the business fit the trend of innovation and knowledge.In general, our result supports for the theory of Knowledge Spiral Theory by Nonaka and Takeuchi (1995). In the operating process of an organization, the ability of socialization, externalization, combination, internalization will have influence on the knowledge sharing and creation. Knowledge conversion ability has positive effect on knowledge creation. Hence, in the measurement of innovation performance, as we expected earlier, knowledge conversion ability also has impact on innovation. Our result supports for the influence of knowledge conversion ability. In fact, if business tries to develop its employees'knowledge conversion ability, they can have positive impact on innovation performance. Our result also supports for the theory from Nonaka and Takeuchi (1995). We can conclude that the four knowledge conversion abilities are beneficial for innovation.
