Study On The Model And Conformity Mechanism Of Rural Urbanization In Shandong Coast During The Transformation Period

Rural urbanization is the inherent request for the development of productivity. Correctly guiding the process of rural urbanization in China and realizing the urban-rural coordinated development are the major content of implementing scientific development view and building harmonious society.Based on reviewing the rural urbanization theories and experiences both at home and abroad,this paper studies the development models of rural urbanization in Shandong coast.By analyzing the current problems and features of rural urbanization in the coastal area during transitional period, it also discusses the conformity mechanism for rural urbanization.According to the trace of raising, analyzing and resolving problems,seven chapters are involved in this paper.In the first chapter,the research background,basic concept,meaning,foreign and domestic research state, research methods and content framework of dissertation are discussed.Chapter 2 summarizes the basic theory of urbanization in foreign countries,and analyses the new progress of rural urbanization and its enlightening significance.Chapter 3 introudces the specific practice models of rural urbanization in Shandong coast from the perspective of driving force and points out that there exist five categories of practice models,furthermore,gives an in-depth analysis on the main connotation,advantages and disadvantages of five practice models.Chapter 4 indicates the present feature of rural urbanization in the coastal area in the transition period.It is the coexistence phenomenon of conflict and harmony,game and unbalance,integration and disparity,durative and elimination.On this basis,this chapter puts forward the main problems in ideological concept,ecological environment,benefit distribution and governmental policy,which restrict the development of rural urbanization in the coastal area.In the fifth chapter,the mutual promotion mechanism of rural urbanization in the coastal area is researched,and coordinated development of economy,society,regional space,ecology between rural and urban areas is mainly analyzed.In the sixth chapter,the basic concept and feature of Transitional Community are discussed, Transitional Community reveals some inclination in the form of microcosmic during the process of the rural community in Shandong coast transforming into urban community.In the seventh chapter,conformity mechanism facing multiple residential subjects of Transitional Community is brought forward.It is made up of six sub-mechanisms systems which include resource conformity mechanism,service mechanism,system conformity mechanism,autonomy participation mechanism,civilization creation mechanism,and psychological adjustment mechanism.
