China has been in the new challenges, due to the global economic crisis in2008. As the economic environment of domestic and overseas is getting severe, and nature resource is gradually reduced, the population is slowly down. Human labor cost is stable increasing, the development of urban-rural dual structure, all these factors will caused a new human resource shuffle. Based on the background of continuous increasing in labor cost, difficulty in recruit workers, severity of staff turnover, to study hotel workers turnover, have important theoretical significance.In this study, we make a general summary of hotel staff turnover researches both at home and aboard. On acquaintance of the current situation, we make research and analysis the problems of hotel staff turnover in Fujian by on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey. We analyze the causes of employee-leaving on macroscopic and microscopic views. Here we propose the specific countermeasure according to the social policy, hotel management, employees three components. But different hotels, the high employee leaving reason is not the same, the measures also should be targeted. So in this study, we used several star hotel employee-leaving as physical examples, to analyze causes of the middle-level managers and junior staff turnover. Combination the practical situation put forward the improving suggestions for peer’s reference.
