Since 1980's, following the rapid development of the global economy, the increasing of people's living standard and the continuing growth of the size of population, large amount of resources were consumed and lots of industrial and life "pollutants" appeared. This resulted in global issuers such as environment pollution and ecological degradation, which are more obvious in city areas. For China, the city renewable resources are important resources for economic development. Recycling of city renewable resources is an important measure for carrying out China's strategy of sustainable development and will play an important role in the sustainable, stable and healthy development of China. Now how to deal with or utilize the city renewable resources has been a burning question in China.In this study, the management of city renewable resources industry is regarded as the research object, coordinate and orderly development is regarded as the direction and target of evolution and development of city renewable resources system and the sustainable development theory, the theory of circular economy, the synergetics theory as well as the stakeholder theory are regarded as the cornerstone of theoretical research. Then the thesis uses system analysis methods to study coordination management models of the city renewable resources, so as to provide useful guidance for the ultimate realization of the city of collaborative management of renewable resources.First of all, this thesis summarized and analyzed the theories and researches on the collaborative management of renewable resources; through the literature review, the thesis raised definition of city renewable resources, and then analyzed the features and classification of city renewable resources. Through the analyses on the exist researches, the thesis found out the research entry points of collaborative management of the city renewable resources and then discussed the theoretical foundation of city renewable resource researches.Secondly, this paper analyzed the status quo of the city renewable resources recycling system, the legal system of recycling and the recycling mode to discuss the present situation of management of city renewable resources. Then the paper studied the classification of city renewable resources from the view of classification of city renewable resources and collaborative category management. Next, the paper identified the key issues of the city renewable resources management from three aspects: the composition of stakeholders, the importance of stakeholders and satisfaction rating.Third, this thesis analyzed the management system of city renewable resources, and also analyzed the complexity of the system. The paper also put forward terms of self-organization evolution of city renewable resource management system. Based on this, using Haken model, the paper identified order parameter and fluctuation factor of the city renewable management system and the evolution of the system, the structural instability and fluctuation are analyzed.Finally, this thesis analyzed the formation mechanism, the implementation mechanism and the dynamic mechanism of city renewable resource collaboration management, constructed the model of city renewable resource collaboration management. The model analyzed the lifecycle of city renewable resources, and discussed collaboration management of sub-systems of renewable resources from aspects of producing system, collection system and reusing system of renewable resources.
