The exiting empirical studies on the knowledge-integration of the transnational corporations mostly focused on one aspect of knowledge characteristics, management tools, and an organizational culture, etc. but lack of adequate researches on theirs interior knowledge integration and influencing factors. The empirical studies of the affecting factors on the efficiency of knowledge-integration ignored the specialities of the organizational structures of the differences between multinational companies'network; The researchers used traditional data analysis methods such as exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis (including the hierarchy regression), and there are often some problems in the objectivity of their analysis conclusions to some extent. In terms of the subject of investigation, the existing empirical research data came from the countries where researchers lived, which is almost no relationship with China.Aiming at the above issues, the paper takes the successful experiences of the cross-border knowledge-integration enterprises in China as guide, and uses factor analysis model to do statiseical anslysis towards the knowledge-integration survey data of 12 multinational companies in China; In the context of the differentiation network organizations, putting the knowledge-integration of multinational companies to a comprehensive framework which the knowledge speciality, the organizational context, and the external environment are interactional; On the basis of multi-factor analysis, discussing the effective way on how to improve their interior knowledge-integration from the perspective of organizations'mechanisms.On the basis of in-depth study of existing theoretical achievements in this field, the paper chooses more successful 12 multinational companies in Tianjin, interviewing and researching deeply on their mechanism of knowledge-integration for more than a year, and in the comprehensive factor analysis model to put forward and check the validity of knowledge-integration mechanisms by all kinds of factors; Simultaneously the paper also factually simulates the actualitis of the interior knowledge-integration mechanism of the multinational companies which is the complex in reality. In this study the model and the empirical results fit the complex and ever-changing realities better, and reveal the factors such as relevant knowledge, organizations, environmental knowledge to affect the validity of the knowledge-integration mechanism of the multinational corporations, and providing the reference for effectively building the mechanism of the knowledge-integration of the multinational companies, and also providing theoretical guidance to the practice of enterprise knowledge-management.The results of this study will provide valuable recommendations for the multinational companies which come and invest in the mainland to improve their competitiveness through building effective knowledge-integration; At the same time, the results of this study will provide assist for our own enterprises to learn and absorb the successful knowledge-integration experience of these multinational companies in China and build their own competitiveness overseas.
