In the knowledge economy time, enterprise's competitive power manifests in its knowledge superiority, Strategic M&A integration main body transfer from tangible capital to intellectual capital, The efficiency and degree of knowledge (especially tacit knowledge) share in M&A directly decide the benefit of M&A.The paper will probe general way of M&A tacit knowledge integration through the study of the problem in M&A tacit knowledge integration. On the basis of the research results in M&A, tacit knowledge and knowledge management, The paper got favor from several research approaches such as system analytic method, theory research and application research, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to make the comprehensive discussion to the M&A tacit knowledge integration problem, combining with B & Q, in the cases of mergers and acquisitions made by the theory in reality be demonstrated. This study follow the thought that M&A tacit knowledge integration is the key to the enterprise's core competitiveness, firstly analysis on how to dig and protect tacit knowledge in M&A, After that, the paper provide the main factors which influence tacit knowledge integration with character of tacit knowledge and acquisition activity.Based on the above analysis, the paper constructed the realization mechanism of tacit knowledge integration. The mechanism paved the general way for M&A tacit knowledge integration from the three levels in the human resources integration, cultural integration and organization reconstruction, proposed the measures that promoting tacit knowledge integration from the above mentioned three aspects, and put out M&A tacit knowledge integration model in the end.The article demonstrated M&A integration problems from tacit knowledge angle that is the root of the value creation instead of the studies from operational levels understanding M&A, and has made up the domestic and foreign scholars in this aspect insufficiency. The article explore the general way for M&A tacit knowledge integration from the three levels in the human resources integration, cultural integration and organization reconstruction, unifying the successful pattern of knowledge integration enterprise " B&Q" , and provided a good reference and demonstration significance for domestic similar enterprises.
