Research On The Network Design Of Reverse Logistics Of Supply Chain Based On MAS

With the progress of science and technology and the continuous improvement of human civilization,consumers have more and more stringent requirements on the individualization and diversification of products in daily life.The use of products by both enterprises and individuals is relatively diversified,which leads to the acceleration of product alternation,and more and more products are approaching the end of the life cycle.Of course,now some product processing is also subject to the strict control of the state,the emergence of reverse logistics network control,reverse logistics research has become the focus of academic research.In the research field of reverse logistics under supply chain environment,inventory recovery control of supply chain is particularly important.Under the current supply chain management mode,inventory recovery control and management is also one of the key points to manage the whole system process.Effective research on inventory recovery control can increase the investment income and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.However,the reverse logistics inventory recovery control system of supply chain is a rather complex system,and there are too many uncertainties and complicated procedures.Multi-intelligence theory system is very effective in dealing with complex systems,so this paper introduces multi-agent theory(MAS)to study the reverse logistics inventory control problem of supply chain for some products.This paper studies the theory of reverse logistics under the supply chain environment based on multi-agent,and expounds the relevant domestic and foreign research status,and combined with certain methods,analyzes some inventory recovery control problems.This paper discusses the operation mode of reverse logistics and thestructure network of inventory recovery control system of reverse logistics of product supply chain.In the whole supply chain system,each recycling mode is analyzed,and the participants are unitized and abstracted to form independent agents.In this process,the reverse logistics network model of supply chain based on multi-agent theory is established.Make it better adapt to some products reverse logistics network control system.Aiming at the actual situation of inventory recovery of reverse logistics of supply chain designed by a scientific research institute,this paper analyzes the actual cases and provides technical support and theoretical basis for the cost control of reverse logistics inventory recovery.
