Research On The IUR Cooperation Behavior And Micro-Mechanism Under The Regional System Of Innovation

In this study, we analyze the theoretical basis of the research of industry-university-reseaarch cooperation, and we point out that the transaction costs and knowledge- coupling are the key theroretical basis. In this paper, the regional innovation system structure and function is dicussed, and the industry-university-reseaarch cooperation is the key way to enhance regional innovation capacity of scientific and technological innovation. Further, this article through the evolutionary game model and game analysis, detailed and in-depth analyzed the the research cooperation parties and stressed the cooperation patterns of behavior is the key to innovation. Afterthat, this study analyzed the production of innovative cooperation mechanism for property rights and interests, as well as the coordination mechanisms to achieve effective research are the foundation of university-industry-government cooperation. Finally, based on the study above-mentioned, the combination of my experience in the work of Nanyang, we give the empirical analysis of socio-economic environment and the composition of research co-operation system, the Government in the innovation system and the role of the position. We also stuied its performance evaluation, identify the existing problems; and try to analyze the reasons and give the corresponding Countermeasures and suggestions.Contributions of this study are: firstly, in the method of combining the study of evolutionary game and action game, from the perspective of game theory-depth analysis of the research university-industry-government cooperation, as well as the choice of modes of cooperation, but more importantly, this study gives a production science research cooperation a broad evolutionary game model, the work of our predecessors had to expand. Secondly, a depth analysis of this study was the theoretical basis for research cooperation, transaction costs and knowledge from the perspective of coupling an in-depth analysis at this stage of the study has enriched the content. thirdly, this study demonstrated that the regional innovation system structure and function, and pointed out that research cooperation is the key to regional innovation and research are given property rights and interests of co-operation mechanisms and coordination mechanisms, which from the perspective of a more comprehensive research co-operation given the overall analysis of innovation paradigm, as well as research industry-university-reseaarch cooperation and regional innovation system analysis pointed out the path of integration.lastly, this study combined with field survey data of Nanyang, and the Nanyang empirical analysis of socio-economic environment and the composition of research co-operation system show that the government play a important role in industry-university-reseaarch cooperation ; compared with the majority of the descriptive study, our empirical research enriched the research of university-industry- government cooperation.
