With limited resources and population aging problems continuously emerging, the traditional economic development model supported by resources and labor cannot meet the needs of the development of times any more. Driving the economic development by science and technology innovation has become the consensus by all countries in the world, and science and technology innovation ability has become the key to enhance the competitiveness of national comprehensive factors. Industry-university-research cooperation innovation emphasizes the deep cooperation of colleges and universities, scientific research institutions, to break the barriers between the main body of innovation, change the traditional pattern of innovation and integrate the scattered science and technology resources effectively, has become the important way to improve the efficiency innovation and enhancing technology innovation ability. Industry-university-research Cooperation innovation is an organization based on knowledge, and its core is to realize the increment of knowledge value. So, how to improve the effect of cooperation innovation in Industry-university-research by promoting the knowledge flows between different subjects has become the key of success for industry-university-research cooperation innovation.For the industry-university-research cooperation innovation body, pursuing economic interests is their main target, and the process of collaborative innovation is the main process of interest game. The benefit problem in industry-university-research cooperation innovation is the key to the long-term and stable development of collaborative innovation. In recent years, the study of game theory is in the ascendant, as a kind of important analysis tools, has heavily promoted the development in the field of many discipline. Combining the game theory and knowledge management theory together, by the real reach "knowledge" and "economy" together at the knowledge economy era, provides a new train of thought to the study of benefit problems of industry-university-research cooperation innovation. Therefore, the research of benefit games of industry-university-research cooperation innovation based on the method of game theory and the perspective of knowledge flow has great significance.Firstly, this paper generalizes the involved related theories and research methods, including collaborative innovation, game theory fluid and mechanics based on the current foreign and domestic literature in order to lay a theoretical foundation for the following subject benefit study in industry-university-research cooperation innovation under the perspective of knowledge flow. Secondly, with the help of fluid mechanics theory, this thesis analyzes the key attributes and flow mechanism of knowledge flow in industry-university-research cooperation innovation, sets up the dynamics equation of knowledge flow of industry-university-research cooperation innovation, so as to build a dynamic model of knowledge flow and analyze the model by simulation. Finally, the paper analyzes the game mechanism and the relationship between knowledge flow and the subject interests of industry-university-research cooperation innovation, builds the subject interests game model of collaborative innovation based on the combination of knowledge flow dynamics model, puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve subject interest industry-university-research cooperation innovation according to the analysis of the model.
