Harbin is our famous electromechanical industry base, large and medium-sized electromechanical enterprises are the pillar of Harbin's industry. In the tenth-five period, the proportion of theirs gross industrial output value, sales income and profit are respectively 45.25%, 41.01% and 30.19% in all Harbin's large and medium-sized enterprises. The three main dynamical companies, Harbin aviation industrial group, Harbin bearing group and Harbin measuring tool group are famous. Under the situation of constructing innovation country, to promote revitalization and form competitive advantage of Harbin's electromechanical enterprises, the paper studies patent management mode of Harbin's electromechanical enterprises. The paper is making new contribution to the old industry base construction of Harbin.By the guide of theory of intangible assets management, theory of intellectual property advantage, theory of patent management, the paper constructs patent management mode system which is trinity of patent development, protection and operation of Harbin's large and medium-sized electromechanical enterprises, and pioneering systematically researches the mechanism, constitution, movement characteristics and suggestion based on the analysis of present patent management situation.First, the paper summarizes the present patent management situation of Harbin's large and medium-sized electromechanical enterprises, and constructs patent management mode system which is trinity of patent development, protection and operation. Based on them, the paper puts forward goals of patent management mode system and analyzes its movement characteristics, and structural relationship of juxtaposed independent, intercross merging, grading progressive and gradually sublimation.Secondly, the paper studies patent development mode of Harbin's large and medium-sized electromechanical enterprises. It brings out the connotation and machanism of patent development, analyzes the coupling and correlation mechanism of patent development and technology innovation, puts forward patent development's operation mode which is composed by power formation, inspiration restraint and safeguard, and choice mode which is constituted of attacking, defense and mixed patent development strategies.Thirdly, the paper studies patent protection mode of Harbin's large and medium-sized electromechanical enterprises. It analyzes the principle, essence, reasons and influence factors systemically, and constructs patent protection's operation mode based on enterpries foundation, government safeguard and society support, and then gives constitution and operation of patent protection pre-warning mode, designs patent protection evaluation model by fuzzy integral method and makes empirical analysis.Fourthly, the paper studies patent operation mode of Harbin's large and medium-sized electromechanical enterprises. It gives patent operation's connotation and mechanism, analyzes influence factors and method and designs pricing model of patent operation, puts forward patent operation's strategies choice of Harbin's large and medium-sized electromechanical enterprises.Finally, the paper constructs patent management performance evaluation system of Harbin's large and medium-sized electromechanical enterprises. It designs index system, constructs patent management performance evaluation model based on structure-network, empirically analyzes patent management performance, and puts forward some implementation suggestion of Harbin's large and medium-sized electromechanical enterprises' patent management.
