In the privately operated business management domain, the person has become an extremely essential factor of the realization privately operated enterprise own strategic target. In the privately operated enterprise, the will of the people likes and dislikes and the staff to the work investment degree have decided enterprise's success or failure in the very great degree. How can maintain the privately operated enterprise staff's work sense of responsibility, stimulates their work enthusiasm, reduces talented person's draining, it has become a day by day incisive question of the privately operated business management level.This article has done the following research in view of this question:Analyzes the privately operated enterprise present situation and the privately operated enterprise staff's characteristic, obtains from the influence privately operated enterprise achievements primary factor, system analysis our country privately operated enterprise existing drive mechanism existence prominent question.
