Research On The Coordination Mechanism Of Virtual Enterprise

The Virtual enterprise (VE) is an open complex system. And the management ofVE is a complex system process, the essence is the coordinated management of therelationships among the partners, and the goal is to enhance and maintain its order so asto make VE in the synergetic condition. Therefore, based on the mechanism ofself-organizing of VE, this dissertation first studies the coordination intrinsic mechanismof VE on the "synergy", solutes the complex problems of VE by modularization idea,and analyzes the main content of coordination mechanisms of VE from the angles offorming process, organization, operation and sustentation. In manufacture enterprise, therelative theory is proved, so it is applicable to handle virtual operation matters.This dissertation points out that modularization is an available method to coordinatethe complex system of VE by analyzing the complexity, the self-organizing and themodularization of VE; then the paper analyzes the core status of VE coordination fromthe angle of system science, and puts forward that decision-making, operation,information, organization and security are the main parts of VE coordination mechanismaccording to the definition of the concept of VE coordination and its mechanism. Usingthe synergetics, the paper puts out that ability and speed of reaction to the market, therecognition of the common goal, the requirement of partners' knowledge and ability arepowers of the self-organizing forming of VE, and that the new structure and rule—VEorder parameter, which can make the system harmonious, are brought up in thecompetence and coordinateness of each other. The dissertation builds up a logicmodel of VE coordination, which includes valuable difference, communication andalliance learning. The valuable differences of partners promoted communication andalliance learning, and which is exactly the process of achieving coordination. Therefore,by analyzing the operation rule, coordination model decision-making, as well ascoordination behavior, the dissertation studies the forming process of the coordinationmechanism of VE. This dissertation points out that the VE is made up of coreenterprises, allied and members' ones. On the analysis of the three factors of modularorganization model of VE—the modular product, modular value-chain and modularenterprise, this paper puts foreword a confederative/stellated modular organizationmodel of VE, which can both enhance agility and reduce complexity, and can solve theproblem of controlling in mass area and taking self-governing at separated area in a better way, and can supply a better organization model for VE. This dissertationsuggests coordinating the process of the postponement strategy with VE producingprogress, taking modular organization structure of VE as the foundation, and locateingthe customer order decoupling point once more, in order to realize the planning andcontrolling object moving forward, controlling and delivering postponement; Then on thebasis of MRPⅡand dynamic BOM of layering, we put forward a production planningand controlling pattern of VE based on postponement. This pattern has better elasticitytogether with flexibility, the manufacture proportion of individualizing production can bedecreased, the complexity and difficulty against the production planning and controllingof VE are cut down. On the basis that the communication and trust is one ensuring theeffective operation of VE coordination mechanism, this dissertation builds up its frameand operating model, which brings out that the idea, policy, content, channels andfeedback of the communication are elements which built up the enterprisecommunication mechanism, and that the atmosphere construction, system establishment,strategy and skills application and information communication platform construction ofenterprise communication are the guarantee of VE communication mechanism effectiveoperation.
