Research On The Construction Of Agricultural Virtual Industrial Cluster Platform And Its Collaborative Development Mechanism In China

China's agricultural industry is different from other countries,it is characterized by small farmers,large dispersion and low level of education and so on in addition to its weak quality.All these make the development of China's agricultural industry restricted by geographical conditions,resources,funds and other conditions.However,Internet + modern agriculture can break these limitations,remodeling and improve the agricultural industry.Then the virtual spatial agglomeration organization system based on Internet platform is formed by taking market subject own advantages as the center,and taking the market as the guidance,and being under promotion of the leading enterprises,the cooperative or government,namely agricultural virtual industry cluster.At present,the related research more focused on the establishment of virtual industry clusters and its industrial chain integration,and the problem that the coordination development of virtual industry cluster also lack of in-depth research,virtual industry cluster for agriculture research less.Starting from the development trend of Internet + modern agriculture,this paper firstly analyzed the inevitability and mechanism of the emergence of agricultural virtual industrial clusters.Then,according to the principles and functions of the integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries of agriculture by Internet +,the platform model of agricultural virtual industrial cluster is constructed,and the relationship between factors of the platform structure,its function and operation mechanism are analyzed.And then it analyzed the present situation and existential questions of the development of China's agricultural virtual industry cluster,and analyzed the development mode and coordination mechanism of China's agricultural virtual industry cluster.Finally,on the basis of the above theoretical study,this paper used the virtual collaborative model to our country agriculture industry cluster elements collaborative degree and the system synergy degree for empirical analysis by taking the Gig Network as an example,and found that the degree of agricultural virtual industrial cluster synergy is in the basic adaptation stage.At the same time,this paper proposed some suggestions on the coordinated development of our country agriculture virtual industry cluster according to the basic conclusion of the above research,and then provided decision support for transformation of our country agricultural industry cluster under the background of Internet + modern agriculture.
