| China and four Central Asian countries have already started federatively declaring the Silk Road as World cultural inheritance formally in 2007. At the same time, the cooperation development in the Silk Road district was taken seriously by the related benefits at home and abroad. The related nations and districts competed with each other for crowning the name of the Silk Road, by which they wanted to drive the development district economy and their tourism.After experiencing its spot competition, circuit competition, and city competition stage, the world tourism's development has entered its stage of cooperating and competing across regions. The tourism cooperation in EU and ASEAN and other regions got great success, which made tourist's flow and tourism's management non-obstacle. And some tourist circles appear especially outstanding, for example, the domestic Non-obstacle Tourism Districts of Yangtze River Delta Region and Pan-Pearl Tourism Delta regions appear especially outstanding. Although every provinces and regional governments along the Silk Road have hold the 16th session of tourism cooperation conference of northwest five province, there is no outbreak for facing the challenge of internal and external tour market competition. There is still a long way that we can realize our aim of propelling the regions integral and harmonious tourism and economy development through the flow of tour production elements. The chapter draws the conclusion, and proposed this article innovation as well as the research limitation and further studies direction.The study based on both the Fund of National Natural Science "China inbound tourists behavior studies of different groups" and the fund of Social Science in Xi'an "The research of" Silk Road "transnational tourism line", used the theory of heritage corridor, the concepts of Regional cooperation in tourism development integrate, and method of empirical investigation, take the Silk Road tourism regional cooperation strategy of developing along China as the research object, and use the Regional cooperation in tourism development model as the major clues, choice the tourists' behavior and tourists' option as the tourism market research variables, the study try to expand on the macro-level and deepen on the micro level, give given cooperation ideas and actions on the Silk Road heritage corridor along China, and study the Silk Road heritage corridor integrity structure and space for the development of regional tourism product line design in system.The research method and technical route of this paper mainly adopted the positivism (quantitative) and humanism (qualitative) methodology. It combines both the characteristic and compare methods, "historical and modern vertically and horizontally induction" with "multi-stage and multi-region comprehensive induction". And it is expressed by the description model, the gathering mass data, the classification reorganizing, and the chart, the table and characters. And in the year of 2004-2005, the first and newest information of 1000 effective survey paper and depth interview made by 4 times along the Silk Rode, and between the year of 2004-2005, we also made more than 6000 effective survey papers of tourists' behavior in the Chinese six major international tourism cities, and the macroscopic social economy and tourism development statistical data of Silk Road area in recent years, on the basis of these data the research also mad key analysis using technology model, and develop, the gradual conclusion. And it will tell the basic part motion and the tour rout with the way of forecast and hypothesis and mixing the charts and words, through some evolutionary models theories and recent years practice experiences.In a word, verify through studying, first, the heritage corridor theory is superior to the theories of the travel or culture corridor, etc. And mode, because it has not merely protected those shape heritage areas of line with cultural significance in the heritage corridor, and through the proper ecological recovery measures and tourism development means, some heritages are gaining vigor again. So, it is not only suitable for Silk Road area but also suitable for other corridor belt areas, such as Silk Road; Second, there are a lot of contents in structure theory of regional space and development mode, but "Growth pole" theory and "Point and axle" are most suitable for the corridor type belt area with long historical and numerous cultural heritage like Silk Road; Third, due to public ownership of tourist resources and travel management system are modes guiding by government, so the travel cooperation and development like Silk Road area, the most important problem is the formulation of mechanisms of intergovernmental distribution of interests along the lines of all levels and interests security mechanism, and realize the tourism development strategy of "double-win" and "multi-win" otherwise it must cause the situation of "the government does not work" under the poor form of cooperative development in regional tourism with malignant competition situation.The innovations of this paper are as follows:(1) from the long time dynamic vision, it is a starting point with the travel cooperation of the corridor type belt area of the heritage, new visual angle of probing into regional tourism and developing the theory and mode cooperatively and studying, have offered a new thinking of research for developing the forming of mechanism cooperatively in regional tourism;(2) It has made the name of belt-shaped region of Silk Road "heritage corridor", and it has studied the tourism cooperation and exploration of Silk Road taking the "heritage corridor" belt-shaped region as the research object;(3) The Silk Road is classified creatively as "the dragon shape Silk Roads";(4) Mobbing the development of heritage corridor area.(5) According to the author's more than 20 years tourism practice experience, Combine the tourism cooperation and exploration tourism. Designs the multi-strip different country region large, medium and small criterion inheritance corridor Silk Road traveling product route. Especially, in the first time designs practical and feasible transnational traveling of "crossing Silk Road route". And it was used in the practice and obtains the high praise; it is good attempt for researching and utilizing.
