| The Heritage Corridor of China contains the value of outstanding culture of the Chinese. From 21st century, Silk Road, Grand Canal, Tea Horse Road and so on, these Heritage Corridor have attracted growing concerns from all circles of society. There is an urgent need to innovate the theory and practice of the protection and development of Heritage Corridor. The research on tourism development of Heritage Corridor can builds a new level for the framework of heritage tourism and heritage protection. It's no longer the traditional three levels: cultural relics, historical districts, and historical and cultural cities. The author uphold and develop the basic theory of Heritage Corridor, deeply interpret the concept of Heritage Corridor, and explore the modes of tourism development of Heritage Corridor, in order to achieve the significance of cultural and natural values of heritage, and at the same time to pursuit a win-win situation that including heritage protection, regional revitalization, residents leisure, cultural tourism and education.This paper reviews the theory of Heritage Corridor, including concept analysis, selective criteria, composition and theme, as well as the theory of the development of heritage tourism. On this basis, the paper analysizes the key issues of the tourism development of Heritage Corridor, builds the temporal pattern and spatial pattern of tourism development of Heritage Corridor, what is divided into micro spatial pattern, macro spatial pattern of points -axis, temporal pattern of life-cycle, and makes a further study on temporal and spatial pattern of inverted S-type. Later, this article uses the analytical framework of value curve model to study the optimized paths, builds the protected mode, the diversified tourism experience mode, the explaination system mode and the scientific and efficient management mode.In addition to providing a theoretical reference for the tourism development of Heritage Corridor, the paper also analysizes the Grand Canal from a perspective of Heritage Corridor, and explores its development of the application for World Cultrural Heritage. Then, the paper takes Grand Canal in Jiangsu Province as an example, and makes a specific analysis of the modes of tourism development of Heritage Corridor, covering tourism resources, evaluation of tourism development potential, temporal pattern, spatial pattern and all aspects of modes of optimization. |
