Study On Enterprise Crisis Information Management Based On Lifecycle

In information society, enterprise crises breakout continuously, the super-competitive market situation, the deepening theoretical research on enterprise crisis management and its practice applications, enhanced status and functions of enterprise information management and inherent lifecycle characteristics of crises, promote the emergence and development of crisis management. However, research of enterprise crises information management (ECIM) is in early phase. There is seldom systematic research on ECIM based on lifecycle. According these situations, this thesis probed ECIM based on lifecycle with system analysis (SA). The main work and innovations would be described as follows:Firstly, study enterprise crisis problem with information management. Analyze the information characters of enterprise crisis lifecycle management. According to SA method, analyze the target and the function, environment and factors, hierarchical structure and constituent elements, then establish the conception model of enterprise crises information management system based on lifecycle.Secondly, present crisis warning index system of enterprise crisis, inquiry into index sign. Propose crisis warning information system management workflow model based on KD and CBR. Analyze the reason of enterprise crisis warning and preliminary control out of order, put forward some prevention strategy.Thirdly, present enterprise crisis rapid response decision model based on information filtering. Establish enterprise crisis process workflow model based on information. Information asymmetry problems in enterprise crisis response and replies phase are analyzed.Fourthly, present enterprise crisis recovery workflow model based on resources matching. Analyze the evalution content of enterprise crisis management. Construct an index system of information ability.
