The faster the process of Chinese enterprises' integration into the global economy, the fiercer of the competition of external markets those enterprises are facing, so they need more capacity to adapt to the economic environment. From the perspective of internal environment, due to the introduction of information technology and new reforms of management, the enterprises themselves become the fortress of competition. The developmental strategies also have changed from purely pursuing maximized interests of shareholders to pursuing maximized interests of enterprises, and now the most important goal is the stable and continuable development of enterprises. Therefore, the enterprises are required to have corresponding capacities of response to risks and crises. And those capacities are embodied by the ways and methods of management which are used by an enterprise to prevent and deal with crises. Taking precautions is not only the pursuit of crisis management but also a hot problem of theoretical research.With a combination of qualitative analysis and empirical analysis, this thesis discusses the Enterprise Crisis Management (ECM) and internal operation of Early Warning Mechanism (EWM). It consists of seven chapters are included in this thesis. Firstly introduces he researches of history and current situation of Enterprise Crisis Management in home and abroad, and defines the key concepts about Enterprise Crisis. Then analyzes the causes and properties of enterprise crisis, the necessity of using early warning mechanism, as well as interrelations between early warning and crisis enterprise management. Based on above theoretical analysis, with a combination of existed cases of enterprise crisis, the author puts forward a model on the basis of early warning mechanism from the view of predictability. According to the properties of the enterprises themselves, this model is able to utilize the monitoring mechanism, information transformation mechanism and information evaluation mechanism of EWM to the largest extent to promote ECM effectively.This research attempts to establish a connection of ECM and EWM which is always ignored in various studies of enterprise crisis management. The ECM model which is based on EWM is able to effectively avoid or reduce the loss which is caused by enterprise crisis, and could promote the stable and continuable development of enterprises.
