The Study On Our Country's Enterprise Crisis-early-warning Management

Any enterprises have to threaten of various sorts of crises, especially our country's enterprises. After joining WTO, the economic integration and globalization brings more opportunities and challenges, appearance of the crisis is more possibility than it was, because the uncertainty of enterprise's management environment increases greatly and the pressure of the competition is strengthened rapidly. Under such circumstances, no matter big companies which have great popularities or small companies which are not known to the public, can't ensure the crises don't happen. Especially recently, the crises appear frequently in our country's enterprises, many companies that have experienced splendor are crushed by the crisis of frequent appearance. There are various reasons leading to this situation, but the most important reason is that our enterprises have not crisis awareness and a perfect crisis-early-warning management system. Additionally, our country's scholars have not deep and systematical research on the enterprises' crisis-early-warning management, majority research only focus on several professional domains on financial affairs, finance and so on. Therefore, both theoretical research and actual situation indicate it's essential to deep and systematical study on crisis-early-warning management combining with our country's enterprises actual situation. In view of these facts, this paper tries to construct a comparatively perfect crisis-early-warning management system for the situation of frequent appearance of the crisis in Chinese enterprise, on base of discussing the definition, the feature of crisis, and the developing course of enterprise crisis, by using related knowledge on management, PR, communication etc., in order to provide some references to the job about preventing crisis of our country's enterprises, for advancing their level of crisis-early-warning management effectively, and promoting the healthy and durative development.
