Research On Adaptable Transformation Of The Urban Industrial Ecology Based On Eco-economic Efficiency

Industry activities bring abundant material products for mankind and make society economy developed with fast speed, in the meantime they also cause globe ecological environment deteriorated sharply and no-renewable resources exhausted rapidly. Therefore transformation of industrial ecology not only is the key issue to solve the conflict between human being and nature, but also is the cardinal problems of realizing sustainable development of humankind society. Because traditional industry occupying high percentage in city's industry of China, large amounts of natural resource have been consumed but only low extra value can be wined, and as a result serious environment influence have been caused. Ecological transformation of traditional industry not only will bring benefits for improving efficiency of resource and energy using in China, but also can reduce material consumption and pollution emission. It has great significance for reduction the material consumption of national economy and promotion changing production and consumption of population.The purpose of transformation of the urban industrial ecology is to realize the economic growth and dematerialization and there are the identical purposes with the industrial symbiosis network. Therefore it is put forward that the industrial symbiosis network is the inevitable choice of transformation of the urban industrial ecology. Because the industrial symbiosis network can be divided into eco-industrial park and the circular symbiosis network of regional by-product, it is also put forward that the way of the adaptable transformation of industrial ecology is that they are combined to establish the industrial symbiosis network in a city, which their purposes are the balance development of economic and environmental benefit and consistent improvement of eco-economic efficiency.Based on serious analysis of the eco-economic efficiency application at home and abroad, eco-economic efficiency and the connection between it and other correlation theories are analyzed in accordance with the basic intension of eco-economic efficiency in this dissertation. It analyzes the bridge function between the goal of economic growth and the goal of dematerialization.
