Circular Economy In The Philosophical Perspective

Circular economy, as an emerging comprehensive science, its goal is to coordinate the development between human and nature harmony. It can't develop without the guide of philosophy, "the economic boom" is unsustainable without philosophy conduction, and otherwise it will cause the disaster consequence. The present, resources exhaust, environmental pollution, and unsustainable economical development and so on, its deep root lies in the economical production view, the economical values, the economic ethics view. Generally speaking, the circular economy wants to have a fast, healthy and sustainable development, which needs the guide of values and ethical standards; meanwhile, it must carry on the transformation in the economical production view, setting up circular economy production view. Also just according to this thought, the paper "Circular Economy in Philosophical vision" launches the elaboration from the following four aspects, namely the first chapter is about circular economy and its philosophical premise, the second chapter is about circular economy production view, the third chapter is about circular economical values, the fourth chapter is about circular economy ethical view, based on these to launch the philosophical thinking of the circular economy.The First chapter analyzed the connotation of circular economy and its philosophy premise; this is the premise and the foundation which the paper launches.The Second chapter analyzes concept, character and philosophical premise of the circular economy, and this is the premise and foundation to launch the paper.The third chapter bases on the productive forces, reconsidered and criticized the traditional production view which have defect of immediacy, one-sidedness, counter-nature as well as counter- human nature and so on, finally caused the globalization of environment question, the generalization of resources exhaust and inharmonious development the present, caused traditional economy production view gradually withering away, new economical production view circular economy production view gradually forming and establishing. The author thinks that circular economy production view, firstly, is one kind of production view based on the harmonious coexistence of human and nature, next is one kind of comprehensive production view, what's more, this chapter also elaborates the systematization of circular economical productive forces, the concept of circular economical productivity system. The ecology productive forces occupies to the foundation status, the economical productive forces occupies to the dominant position, and has the permeable essential factor of science and technology. And in the foundation of "the science and technology is the first productive forces" , it proposed "the green science and technology is the first circular economical productive forces" viewpoint.The fourth chapter reconsiders the difficult position of the traditional value concept, and gives the new limits for the value concept. Then mainly elaborating the two big transformations of the value view: namely in the philosophy stratification plane, it is the value, namely ecologicalization value. In the economical stratification plane, is the economic value ecologicalization, namely circular economic value. Further elaborating the principle of circular economical values construction, finally obtaining the circular economical values is the scientific ecology values.The fifth chapter is that circular economy has already become a fashion, in order to avoid this fashion evolving one kind of superficial fashion, we must establish it in the ethics principle and the moral ideal foundation, the development of circular economy needs a new ethics view. The circular economy is one kind of new economy, not only one kind of economical development pattern, but also one kind of economical development idea. As a new economy, while, it is at the exploration stage, no matter what we view it from the economical development pattern, or from the economical development idea, both need ethics restraint and standards, but only the ecology ethics can do this.
