Based On The Bom View Of The Core Enterprise Of The Scm Environment

Compared with the traditional environment, the enterprise's production and manufacture has changed greatly under the supply chain environment. Especially, the core enterprise plays an important role in coordinating and controlling the production and manufacture process in the entire supply chain. In order to coordinate the production and manufacture between the several of node enterprises in supply chain, the core enterprise must make full use of the network to share information effectively. BOM is the important data in the manufacture process, moreover, it has different views at the different time in products life cycle. Therefore, the research on duty decomposition and the multi-views mapping based on the core enterprise in supply chain has certain theory value and practical significance.In view of the fact that the vigorous development of the supply chain at present had certain characteristics and could reflect some management ideas, the paper first analyzed the core enterprise's concept and characteristics, then carried on the analysis and the description of the core enterprise's function in supply chain and obtained the conclusion that the products' bills of material also present some new characteristics. Next, it analyzed various kinds of data structure of BOM and chose binary tree as the data structure to save BOM, and realize duty decomposition from the core enterprise to the node enterprise. Based on the analysis of various views of BOM, the paper proposed the idea to express the tree of BOM structure with the matrix and analyze the mapping function between various kinds of BOM, which could provide the theoretic support for multi- views mapping. In the end, based on the thorough analysis of the logic relation of various views of BOM and the theory of view-mapping, the paper proposed the structure and attribute mapping between the views. It also analyzed the mapping process and proposed the transformation from the Engineering BOM to manufacturing BOM.The paper solved the duty decomposition problem through the analysis of the binary tree as the data structure of BOM, obtained the theoretic support of the view transformation via the matrix presentation of BOM, and finally proposed the multi-view mapping process with the help of view-mapping technology. All of these served the same purpose-to decompose the production task from the core enterprise to the node enterprise quickly and transform the production data precisely and effectively, so that the enterprise could perform the production smoothly and realize the profit maximization in the supply chain.
