Transition Period Of Economic Growth Principle

This article attempts apply theory of system science to explain the mechanism of high rate economic growth which has been maintained in China since 1978, and discusses the trend of Chinese economic growth. Around the topic,the logic structure and the main contents of the article as follow:In the"introduction", Firstly, the research object and analysis methods of the article are introduced in the chapter. Secondly, the interrelated literatures are also summarized. Lastly, some innovations of the article are pointed out.Chapter 1 and chapter 2 are the theory piece of writing in the article. In chapter 1, some interrated concepts are defined , which are always deputed in the academic world. Sequencely,the essence of economic growth is discussed on the basis of the procedure of the production and realization of economic growth, and the view that system method is needed in the analysis of economic growth is put up, because economic growth is a state variance of economy system. Thirdly, the imperfections of the modern theory of economic growth are indicated, so the necessity that the analysis of economic growth needs system method is showed. At last, the source of system method is told. i.e Marx's & Engels'qualitative system thought and quantitative system thought developed since 1940's.In chapter 2, at first, the meaning of economy system and its components are introduced: economy system comprises of economy agents and their connectation patterns. Secondly, the static and dynamic particularites of economy system are discussed. At last, because economy system is an open complex giant system(OGGS), as an analysis tool , the theory of complex adaptive system(CAS) is introduced.Chapter3, 4, 5 are the analysis pieces of writing in the article. Chapter 3 contains three parts:in the first parts, the meaning, the inevitability, the object of transition are discussed in view of system; in the second parts, the evolution courses of economy agents and their connectation patterns are simply reviewed; and the conclusion is detected that the characteriastics of the evolution courses of the Chinese economy system is the advance step by step; in the third parts, the mechanism is gived that economic growth has been continued in China since its transition: at first, the advance step by step in transiton has ensured the stability and order of economy system ; secondly, the advance step by step in transiton has also pushed forward the evolution of economy system; the gradually progression of economy system has sustained economic growth.In chapter 4, the mechanism is explained that high-rate economic growth has been sustained in China since 1978 through analyzing the speciality of the evolution of the Chinese economy system. The speciality as follows: firstly, the evolution of the Chinese economy system is an evolution from dual-economy society to modern industrialization society; secondly, the evolution of the Chinese economy system is an evolution from traditional planning economy to market economy;thirdly, the evolution of the Chinese economy system is an evolution in the envionoment of economy globalization. In the prerequisite of the advance step by step, these speciality caused the high-rate economic growth of China.
