The Study Based On Specialized Markets Evolution Of The Complex Adaptive System

The Specialized Markets is a "transition form"? This paper not only studies the complex adaption, evolution mechanism, evolution process and other key issues of the specialized markets system from the perspective of the theory of CAS but also provides an interdisciplinary perspective of thinking to reveal the scientific development and transformation and upgrade of the Specialized Markets system.Firstly, this paper makes a theoretical analysis on the structure and adaptability of the Specialized Markets system, considering of the prosperity and competitiveness of the Specialized Markets have positive correlation with their adaptability. The essence of Specialized Markets system evolution is a dynamic adjustment process that the large main agents of market occurred under the system suitability interacting with each other. Secondly, this paper reveals the five internal mechanisms including self-learning mechanism, collaborative interaction mechanism, the organization mechanism, the emergence mechanism and the selection mechanism, which push and influence the evolution of the Specialized Markets. What is more, on the basis of this and combining the Logistic growth curve(S curve) of the biological population, this paper divides the evolution of Specialized Markets system into four stages, the forming stage, the growth stage, the mature stage and the recession stage. Furthermore, the paper also clarifies the different action mechanisms and the process characteristics during every evolutional stage. Finally, on the basis of the theoretical analysis, drawing reference from the biology population density and the evolution thoughts of CAS theory, structure the main agents of the market with interactive mode and the complex adaptive dynamic process model of the Specialized Markets system evolution.This paper also describes the structure Specialized Markets system and its adaptability’s adjustment process, which provides a new explanation for the specialized market’s evolution and development.This paper takes YIWU China Commodity City, which was founded in1982and now becomes the largest small commodity market in the world, for example to regard the YIWU Small Commodity Market as a complex adaptive system and study the characters of the complex adaptive process and evolution in the forming stage, growth stage, mature stage and the re-extending stage during the last30years, with the researching methods of the theoretical analysis, the model construction, the field survey and the questionnaire survey. This paper uses9825questionnaires data and the Structure Equation Model (SEM) to conduct the positive analysis on the key factors effects the adaptability YIWU Small Commodity Specialized Markets system. Researches show that the main market operator’s network expansion has no noticeable negative impacts and influences to the system adaptability. However, the brand embedding, the supporting service and function innovation have positive correlation with the system adaptability. And the network development, brand embedding and supporting services and the function innovation also have the co-evolution characteristics. Based on the historical analysis and the positive analysis, this paper further discusses the evolution prospect of YIWU Small Commodity Market and proposes countermeasures to promote the transformation and scientific development.Finally, this paper puts forward several advices for the organization optimizing management, transformation and ascension, etc. The Specialized Markets which is in line with our national conditions and is rich in the Chinese characteristics and it will be continuously prosperous for the certain period. It is the new trend of the Specialized Markets to be networked, informationized, branded, advanced and function multiplized. Promoting the traditional Specialized Markets upgraded to be a regional modern trading platform, and exploring to develop the mode of "Specialized Market Complex", may be an evolution direction and trend of China’s Specialized Markets in the future.
