The global ecological crisis, which includes population, resources and environment issues, enable people to think deeply on the traditional ideas of economic development. In 1990's,the sustainable development concept presented by UNEDC had been accepted around the world, and was affirmed as the main world development strategy in 1992.China is the largest developing country in the world. Since China has carried out its policies regarding reforming and opening, its economy has maintained a high growth trend. However, due to the rapid economic growth resource and environmental issues become more and more serious. Such concerns restrain the Chinese economy from further development. Chinese government has waken up to the severity of the ecological issues, and takes the lead in affirming sustainable development as the basic national strategy in the world. Through law, economic policies and public propaganda, economically and socially sustainable development has been enhanced.To implement sustainable development strategy in the economic field, efforts should be made to the following two aspects. Firstly, the objects of economically sustainable development should be quantified, and the operative estimation system of sustainable development should be established. Secondly, all kinds of new measures should be used to carry out the sustainable development targets. Therefore, a series of eco-economic industrial patterns, such as eco-agriculture, clean-production, eco-industrial park, environment protection industry and circular economy, etc, have been established. These patterns are all founded in the guidance of the basic insights eco-economics, on the hand they also reflect a new trend of industrial economic development--industrial ecologization.By the theoretical generalization of the above eco-economic industrial patterns, this thesis put forwards the concept of industrial ecologization.
