| The modern market economy is one kind of high credit foundation economy. The finance is playing the pivotal role in the region economy development. It has gradually impelled the region economy development. But non- homogeneity between regions has decided the dissymmetry of spatial supplies and the demand about financial resources. This decided the existence of region finance. The sustainable development ability of different region is not equilibrium. This article's research of region finance ecology depends on the region finance sustainable development, including two aspects: practices and theory to carry on. It is quite difficult to establish the integrity theory system and the theory frame in limited time and in a length limited article. Therefore, this article put emphasis on the financial ecology angle and discusses the region finance sustainable development movement rule. Through clearing up the research results, it points out the intrinsic logic between optimizing the region finance ecology and the region finance sustainable development. Then analyzes the reason of our country region finance ecology's frail character. At last, the author proposed policy suggestions to optimizes the region finance ecology, in order to solve the prominent contradiction of sustainable development of our country and the region finance ecology frail character.The paper constitutes by five chapters.First chapter is introductory. Proposes background and the significance of this article's topic, the sustainable development of region finance is not only the need of regional financial development goal, but the need of economic society coordinated development.
