With the quickening steps towards the agricultural industrialization and the enhancement of peasants' scientific and technical training, the division of labors and businesses of peasants have obviously speeded up. According to the thought of specialization to help the peasants to be rich and the principle of comparative advantage to go on the division of labors, the peasants have been offered the stage to be engaged in the management of specialized production. At the same time, the above thought and principle have made peasants become producers and operators , which have improved the agricultural production efficiency and disposition efficiency of talent resources. A large number of peasants have already dropped off the traditional employment of simple crop cultivation and animal breeding by starting the specialized production and management such as production of the primary products .processing and transportation ,etc. As a result, the agricultural factors of production get rational distribution. And the constant promotion of rural industrialization has accelerated our country's rural social labor division and cooperating. The agricultural industry chain has been extended and the further division taking place inside agricultural industry. Meanwhile, more and more peasants have turned to the non-agricultural industry and the field that peasants obtain employment is being extended from primary industry to the second and the tertiary industry.Since entering the WTO, peasants of our country have faced the international market competition directly. The differences in peasants' quality and organizational form have already become the main obstacle for our peasants to compete with those of developed countries and become the important factor of restricting agriculture and rural economy development. What we often pay close attention to is how to narrow quality difference between the quality of our agricultural products and those of developed countries but little has been done to narrow quality difference between peasants. In which respects does this kind of difference display mainly? Where is the origin of the difference? What methods should be adopted to dispel this kind of difference?
