The environmental issue is one of the most serious challenges facing the world today. The history of the mankind is that of the struggle between man and nature and of the conquest of nature and the retaliation of nature. The coordination of the relationship between man and nature, the handling of the environmental problems is one of the topics all the countries in the world are concerned about most. The harmony of nature and man and the environmental problems that we face today are more severe and complex than any other time in history.It was not until the 1950s that the world began to study the environmental problem as a science. Apart from the study in the aspect of chemistry, physics, biology, geography, and etc, the economic study of the environmental problems mainly focuses on macro and meso levels. Its involvement in the study of environmental problems enables us to conduct our study from the root of the environmental problems.The solution to problems can be found in various ways. In this paper, the enterprise, one of the main elements affecting the environment, is chosen as the point of the study to find solutions to the environmental problems. In this study, it is expected that the solution of the environmental problems will be realized by the establishment of the organization and the working mechanism in which the enterprise is adapted to and benignly interacts with the environment, that is, the establishment of the environment-oriented enterprise management system.The existing enterprise management system was formed in the era of industrialization. Therefore, many disadvantages have been exposed in today' s environment where the coordination of man and nature is pursued.The disadvantages of this enterprise management system in handling environmental problems are mainly as follows: Firstly, it was designed simply as the profit-oriented system; Secondly, the enterprise management system which aims mainly at the pursuit of the material efficiency was designed centering on machines, weighing more on the internal procedure than on the environment, more on machines than on humans, more on the physical capital of the production and merchandise patterns than on the environmental and ecological capital, so that the enterprise does not have the driving force to chase environmental benefits.
