Research On The Basic Environment For Chinese Enterprise's ERP System Construction

With the speeding up of global competition, Traditional operation mode of Chinese enterprise is very difficult to compete with the international enterprise. Under the pressure of this situation, more and more Chinese enterprises are beginning to implement ERP project. By this means, they hope they can increase their enterprise's management level. Along with the promotion of the ERP implementation, enterprise in our country gradually realized that speeding up the enterprise informationization construction to enhance the enterprise's core competitive power and reduce the gap in information construction as the foreign enterprise has the extremely important strategic significance. ERP system, as the core of the enterprise informationization, becomes more and more important. However, both the success ratio and the user satisfaction rate are very low. The striking contrast showed that the informationization situation in enterprise has reached a point of gravity. It is the common difficult problem for the enterprises to increase the successful rate of implementing ERP project and produce anticipant benefit. The enterprise can improve the successful rate of implementing ERP project to adapt the competition and challenge of global economic environment.The thesis summarized the dynamic research and the developmental trend in the correlative field at homeland and abroad; Based on the analysis of ERP theory, status quo of application ,extensive literature review and instances, it come to the conclusion that the application of ERP needs the support of enterprise's basic environment and the enterprise's basic environment is the key for ERP implementation, and the enterprise's basic environment for ERP implementation is defined by detailed analysis; Combined with the fact of implementing ERP in the enterprises, the countermeasures for the environment optimizing were found out.For enterprises feeling interested in ERP, the thesis can give the references for their decision and help them to establish stable foundation for informationization; for enterprises who are implementing ERP, the thesis give them a train of thought for optimization to help them increasing their success ratio. By research on the ERP implementation, the thesis give the theory support and methodology guide for enterprise's informationization, and help them to raise their management level in the information age by rightly using of advanced information technology.
