In the past decades, the products of the software enterprises are far behind their demands. At the end of last century, the scholars in software engineering and management found that there is an important element to affect the performance of software enterprises, besides the "developing technology" and "process", which is the human resource management. At the same time, the human resource management were being one of the most important task for strategy human resource management scholars in the world. The aim of this paper is to research the human resource management in software enterprises, especially research the relationship between the HR management and the performance of the enterprises. The relativity between them is to be demonstrated in this paper to help managers to comprehend the dynamic complication in the HR management systems, then they can improve the promotion of the HR management to their enterprises' performance by systems method.The structure of this paper is as follows:The background and purpose of the research is outline in the first chapter--introduction part.In Chapter 2, the character and management status of software enterprises are reviewed to start the research of this paper. The human resource management and it's trend are analyzed as points.Chapter 3 to Chapter 7 is the core of this paper. In Chapter 3, the evaluation methods of the HR management in enterprises are discussed. Based on the authority evaluation index system of software enterprises in the developed countries: the P-CMM, a new evaluation index system is set up which fit the situation in China. The Analytic Hierarchy Process and the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation are used in this Chapter. In Chapter 4, the performances of software enterprises of different HR management levels are evaluated.
