Study On The Cost Management Of Software Project Based On System Dynamics

With the rapid development of information technology, the software industry is playing an increasingly important role in the national economy. Effective management of software development has been being the critical factor for the development of software industry. The main purpose of software project management is to make software project be completed in accordance with a predetermined cost, schedule, quality and successful completion. In software project management, cost management is one of the core issues. However existing software cost management theory and practice are mainly for medium and large software companies and large and complex projects. So study on project cost management suitable for small and medium software enterprises in China is very important.On the basis of the domestic and foreign study of relevant theory, the paper first introduces project management and system dynamics and analysis the composing of the cost of software project, the process of management of software project, the estimation model of relevant cost. Then the paper summarizes the key influencing factors of project cost management. Finally, the paper analysis the interrelationship of influencing factors of project cost in software enterprise according to the modeling theory of system dynamics and construct the model of system dynamic for software enterprise. The paper study the member exchange, training and allocation of enterprise resource from the standpoint of system dynamics that has important practical significance for project cost management in small software enterprises.
