Study On The Development Models Of Late-Developing Parks

Came into being during the planned economic period and developed during the socialist market economic period for over twenty years, the area economy has been playing an important role in creating employment opportunities, attracting enterprises, upgrading technology, increasing tax revenue and cultivating talents. But economic parks develop unevenly due to the backwardness of geographic location and natural resources, the limitation of social system and thoughts and the influence of historical cultures and industrial structure, and the Matthew Effect is increasingly showing up when viewing from transverse perspective in particular. Along with the in-depth campaign of the third national rectification of economic parks in 2003, some underdeveloped parks have been at the critical moment of development. Due to the developed zones innovate continuously their system, technology, and environment, they initiate the economic system which can accelerate economic development. Since the economic system that is favorable to promote economy has been initiated during the development process of some developed economic parks and the social productive force (including the first productive force-science & technology) has developed, therefore, it is possible for the underdeveloped economic parks to realize leap-forward development within a relatively short period of time by binging the late-developing advantages into full play through approaches such as technological imitation and innovation, system simulation and vicissitude, strengthen government impulse, standing out anthropological bestir, accelerate industry centralization, dynamic optimization of industrial structure. Hence, the author wrote this dissertation entitled Study on the Development Models of Late-Developing Parks in which the economic parks developing at elementary phase and slow pace are defined as the late-developing parks, then based on the theory of late-developing advantage, an analysis of the late-developing advantages possessed by the late-developing parks is presented, the development model of three-phase mutual interaction of technology, industry and environment is formulated on the basis of the contrastive study of different development models of domestic and foreign economic parks and finally, the necessity and feasibility of the realization approaches are analyzed and proved,and take the Zhangjiang development zone as an example to validate.
