| Urbanization is the significant practice of human society in the 21st century. Urban isthe stage of the production and livelihood of the population. With the globalization of industryand urban development, as a platform of production, the urban become the economic center ofa region. From the development of global economy, we can learn the metropolitan based on"The World Urban" has become the most active place, which is leading the whole globaleconomy. According to the variation of study on metropolis abroad, we have known that thetheory of metropolis's emergence, cities' function, the structure of region, also its evolution,characters and future, the polities in cities and so on have come to the topic of this field. Onthese bases, the author chose Dalian City which is deputy provincial center city in theNortheast Region as the research object in this paper to make a typical-city research. Throughthis research on metropolitan and developing characteristic of region system structure ofDalian City, this paper aims at providing a demonstration for the studies on metropolitans inChina, also for some new theories' discoveries. Based on the theories of metropolitan, theauthor did a lot of work on observation and analyses, especially in historical actors' affectionand the gather-pervasion process of integrants, in order to offer a direction for the urbanplanning, construction and management.The paper concludes three parts:The 1st part is the introduction, which expounds the basic concepts and theories whichemerged in this paper, especially theories on metropolitans and affection actors, delimitsmetropolitan region system taking the daily life range for the criterionThe 2nd part is descriptions and analyses of Dalian metropolitan. First of all, the paperintroduced the main situation of Dalian metropolitan and its urbanized procession, analyzedits advantages on history and location. Then the paper described the natural environment andbuilt environment in Dalian district. And it delimited the Dalian metropolitan based on thetheory of "daily life range". In the end, the paper analyzed the formation of Dalianmetropolitan from nature, economy, communication and transportation.The 3rd part is studying the developing trend and regulate-control strategy of Dalianmetropolitan in the future. The author forecast the trend in future and talks about adjustingmethods that we can do in this field. |
