The Study Of Synergetic And Competitive Mechanism Among Corporations Based On Complexity

The arrival of the times of new economy has radically changed the process andmanner of the economic function, given uncertainty and complexity to theenvironment, and is gradually eliminating the advantages of traditional competitivestrategies. The concept of market competition has been defined among differententerprise clusters instead of among different single corporations. Single enterprise'competitive advantage depends more upon the entering or construction of theinfluential enterprise clusters that can bring it actual values. The synergeticcompetition that based on cooperation has become the main approach for modernenterprise to compensate its limitation in resources and competence and to gaincompetitive advantages. Based on the complexity of synergetic competition, thisdissertation has mainly studied its connotation, type, mechanism and domino effect.The main content of this dissertation is as follows:Firstly, we introduced the background of the study briefly, pointed out itstheoretical and realistic meanings, gave a simple review of the status quo and existentshortages of the study of synergetic and competitive mechanism among corporationsfrom the aspects of the complex system theory, the evolutionary game theory and theenterprise's intergrowth theory, presented the basic approaches and structure of thisdissertation.In chapter 2, we gave out the essential reason that the synergetic and competitivemechanism prevail in the realistic economic lives based on the transaction cost theory,the value chain and value network theory and the competitive advantage theory, putout the concept of the synergetic and competitive mechanism innovatively, and gaveexplanations of the concept in its arisen base, its extension and its acting manner, thengave an analysis to its complex characteristic.In chapter 3, we firstly gave a thorough analysis to the mechanism of synergy andcompetition based on the value networks, concluded the different forms of synergeticcompetition in the economic reality. Then we marked out the different types of themechanism according to the effect of synergy and competition among corporationsand analyzed its influencing factors.In chapter 4, we constructed the multi-agent's evolutionary game model based onthe evolutionary game theory, analyzed the evolutionary stable strategy, the possibleequilibrium and the influence factors of the equilibrium thoroughly according to thesystem that only contained two agents.In chapter 5, we explained the self-organizing evolvement process of thesynergetic and competitive mechanism from the aspects of dynamical sources,conditions, inducements, main approaches and the foregrounds of the evolvement.Based on which, we constructed the dynamical model about the synergetic andcompetitive mechanism using the basic principle and method of system dynamics andthe Logistic equations that is used to describe the synergetic competition amongbiologic populations. Then we analyzed the structure and stability of the model, gaveout the outcomes of the self-organizing evolvement about two enterprises in differentconditions, and explained the cause of the outcomes.In chapter 6, we analyzed the causation of the domino effect of the synergetic andcompetitive mechanism, discussed its formative process based on the requests of theinnovation of the value creation. Then used the method of the Fuzzy AnalyticalHierarchy Process, we studied the key step in the process: the select of thecompanionate, and gave out its concrete select model.
