Coordination And Optimization Of Integrated Supply Chain Management Based On MC

Lots of new characteristics about market competition are presented along withthe acceleration of economy globalization and integration, that is, increasingindividuation, difference, and uncertainty of customer requirement, rapid expansion ofproduct variety, and stricter request for delivery time. All these factors lead to theaggravation of "market disturbance". Mass Production (MP), which could notadapt these changes any more, is replaced by Mass Customization (MC) in manyindustries. As a feasible approach to Mass Customization, Integrated Supply ChainManagement (ISCM), accompanied with MC, becomes an important subject for bothdomestic and overseas researchers.Based on the analyses of domestic and overseas literatures, the research purposes,main contents, and research methods of this dissertation are defined as follows:1. To discuss about the evolvement of enterprise production pattern, introduce basicthoughts and characteristics of MC, and analyze competitive advantages of MC;2. To depict the principal thoughts and contents of ISCM, analyze the appearanceand key problems of SCM under the environment of MC;3. To develop the estimate index system about supplier under MC, set up fuzzycomprehensive estimate model, and discuss about special measures to develop thestrategic partnership of supply chain;4. To illuminate the harmonization and optimization problems of enterpriseproduction under MC, with ERP, BPR, and GT Theory;5. To develop the decomposition &harmonization model of ISCM optimizationbased on MC;6. To develop and operate emulation model of Supply Chain Network based onCAS with the comparative analysis of ISCM and CAS, and then make someconclusions about the evolvement of supply chain network system based on theanalysis of emulation results;7. To set up the estimate index system of ISCM performance according to theanalysis of the characteristics of ISCM performance estimation, developmulti-level model of dynamic fuzzy comprehensive estimation, and analyze theperformance estimation of Shenhe Co., Ltd. Tianjin;Finally, the sum-up of the present achievement and the prospect of intendingresearch are brought forward in this dissertation.
