The Research On Mass Customization Supply Chain Operation Mechanism

Based on mass customization supply chain operation mechanism as a starting point,this dissertation researched the supply chain scheduling and supply chain profit distributionfrom two aspects according to the mechanism. In the course of the study, the application ofoperations research, multi object planning, revenue sharing contract theory, optimizationtheory and algorithms for modeling and solving the problem of mass customization, supplychain scheduling collaboration and distribution of income are deeply studied, enriching theresearch field of operation of supply chain collaboration, establishing the basic frameworkof mass customization supply chain operation mechanism in theory.In general, the main conclusions and the oretical contributions of the research includedas followings:（1）The operational mechanism of the supply chain in the production and distributionof batch scheduling. Batch cooperative scheduling model is proposed, reflecting thesystematic characteristic of mass customization supply chain collaborative scheduling ofthis article, and can respond quickly to meet the needs of the supply chain, working onissues of supply chain operations subtle level, enhancing the depth of the supply chainresearch.（2）Standardization of production and distribution cooperative model. Consideringthe spare production capacity, the cost and time factors, particularly the transport capacity,transport costs and transit time into the model which changed the production cost modelingas a single scheduling goals before. On the base of this model, the optimal schedulingmodel is established between the suppliers and the core enterprise, suppliers anddistribution enterprises.（3）Collaborative model of customized production and distribution. By analyzing the coreenterprise scheduling and coordination between the distribution centre, this paperestablishes a number of core enterprise collaboration for multiple clients batch scheduling model. Through the dynamic change of time correlation analysis, effect of distribution oftime and cost objectives, and ultimately the core enterprise’s total cost minimum assemblymanufacturing and product distribution. Design custom production mode of production anddistribution cooperative scheduling model optimization algorithms to solve the complexityof the collaborative model through improved Hopfield neural network model and particleswarm algorithm.（4）Revenue allocation model based on the supply chain revenue sharing contract.This paper extends the traditional revenue sharing contract win-win condition, build thesharing contract model of supply chain based on revenue growth rate of return. Research onthe income of enterprises in the supply chain nodes introduced profit sharing contractrevenue allocation factor, establish the optimal decision model of individual incomechain node enterprises.
