The Study On The Self-Organizing Intelligent Management Pattern In Construction Project

The management pattern for construction project reflects the systematic principles, methods and means of the manager to manage the construction project. It incarnates the level of construction management of the whole society. The thesis builds and studies the self-organizing intelligent management pattern (SOIMP) for construction project.The research is deployed by the thoughts from management system obtaining information and dealing with information to analyzing the dynamic characteristics in above process. At first is to build the management system of construction project SOIMP in order to insure the information in construction project is gathered scientifically and without deficiency into management system according to the needs in management. The post is chose to be the interface between project and management system of project, which depicts the project without omitting and thereby traces the project omnidirectionally, in whole process and in depth. By researching the attributes of post discovers knowledge of project and turns the project into mathematical system adaptive to quantitative analyzing. The post is the core of management system as well as the channel for information. The project can be regarded as the set of post concerned with the project. The management system is a open system, which achieves to control project and to update management system relating nearly to construction enterprise, industry and even to social management by exchanging information between management system and construction project. Exchanging information system in construction management system includes two: one is project exchanging information system relating to project, another is knowledge base exchanging information system relating to knowledge base.Subsequently the second is to design the work mechanism of the management system in construction project SOIMP, that is to say how to deal with the dynamic information from project and discover knowledge inside project.
