In view of the research on entrepreneur-driven management innovation process has the important significance for two levels of practice and theory, the dissertation solved the issue of how to form entrepreneur-driven management innovation scheme. In order to enrich the process theory of management innovation and the guidance of entrepreneurs' management innovation practices, the dissertation systematically explored entrepreneur-driven management innovation process from a rational perspective using case study method and correlative theories. The dissertation took typical events of entrepreneur-driven management innovation as the research object. The dissertation consists of four parts:firstly, the dissertation divided stages of entrepreneur-driven management innovation process from the angle of case and theory; it identified key influential factors of entrepreneur-driven management innovation process; it analysed key influential factors and its effects of creation, selection and implementation stages of entrepreneur-driven management innovation process; secondly, based on single-case exploratory study, a structural relationship framework of key influential factors of entrepreneur-driven management innovation process was constructed by using three theories of internal and external cause, entrepreneur and contingency from the rational perspective; then based on multiple case study, it demonstrated this structural relationship framework; thirdly, two-dimension models of three phases of entrepreneur-driven management innovation process were developed based on single-case exploratory study; then based on analysis of entrepreneur-driven management innovation process from the perspective of decision theory, a CSI-D two-dimension model of entrepreneur-driven management innovation process was developed by utilizing single-case study; then based on multiple case study, it explained this CSI-D two-dimension model further; fourthly, it constructed the "four aspects-three dimensions" integrated theoretical model of entrepreneur-driven management innovation decision-making based on influential factors induction and dimensions division of entrepreneur-driven management innovation decision-making; then it examined these key factors' influence on three dimensions of entrepreneur-driven management innovation decision-making using case study method. The result showed:entrepreneur-driven management innovation is the creation, selection and implementation of management workflow, management mode, organizational structure or management methods; influential factors of entrepreneur-driven management innovation process root in organizational external environment, organizational internal environment, entrepreneur and management innovation scheme; key influencing factors of creation, selection and implementation stages of entrepreneur-driven management innovation process are diferent, and its effcet is also different; entrepreneur has different creation, selection and implementation of management innovation scheme in different organizational external and internal environment; entrepreneur has four representative actions:problem-driven exploring, fit analysis, trial and error, decision making; the first three actions are repeated and spanned at close phase, and decision-making is permeated from beginning to end; effects of key influencing factors of organizational external environment, organizational internal environment, entrepreneur and management innovation scheme on the rationality, intuition and political behavior dimensions of entrepreneur-driven management innovation decision-making were different.
