The "E&I" policy proposed by the state provides a good opportunity for the develo pment of many small and medium-sized enterprises, and more entrepreneurial activities are being carried out in full swing. However, opportunities always be side with challeng e,in the complex and changeable entrepreneurial situation, some enterprises can achieve success, some enterprises are going to failure. What is the cause of this result? This pape r argues that decision-making is at the core of entrepreneurial activities, and entreprene urs need to make various kinds of decisions in each stage of entrepreneurial activities, such as opportunity identification, attracting investment and so on.The entrepreneurial de cisions made by entrepreneurs will have a decisive impact on the survival and develo pment of enterprises. The competition between entrepreneurial enterprises canbe understo od as the competition at the decision-making level, and those who can make higher de cision-making quality of enterprises are easy to survive and develop in the competition. Therefore,it is the key to the success or failure of entrepreneurship that entrepreneurs perceive and adapt to environmental uncertainty, and then make high-quality entrepreneu rial decisions.Starting from the perspective of entrepreneurs' cognitive adaptability, based on entrep reneurial cognitive theory and entrepreneurial decision-making theory, this study adopts t he theoretical research paradigm of "situation-mind-behavior",and through literature analy sis, constructs a theoretical model of the impact of entrepreneurs' cognitive adaptability o n the quality of decision-making in an uncertain environment.Through empirical analys is,this paper verifies the mechanism of entrepreneurs' cognitive adaptability affecting the quality of decision-making,and reveals the difference between the five dimensions of cognitive adaptability on the quality of entrepreneurial decision-making.The regulation effect of environmental uncertainty on the above-mentioned relationship is also explain ed.The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between entrepreneurs' cognitiv e adaptability and entrepreneurial decision-making.In order to promote the development of entrepreneurial cognitive theory, the interaction between individual cognition and sit uational factors in the decision-making process is investigated. At the same time,at the practical level,to provide theoretical reference for entrepreneurs,to help start-up enterpri ses in the uncertain environment of better survival and development.Based on the "individual-environment" matching perspective, this paper examines the relationship between the five dimensions of cognitive adaptability and the quality of decision-making,and the role of environmental uncertainty in regulating this relationship. The results show that:(1)there are great differences in the influence of five dimensions of cognitive adaptability on the quality of decision-making,and the significant effect o f cognitive adaptability on the quality of entrepreneurial decision-making is reflected b y the goal-oriented and monitoring dimensions of entrepreneurs.Metacognitive knowledg e,metacognitive experience and metacognitive choice are all negatively correlated with the quality of decision-making,but only metacognitive experience has a significant imp act on the quality of decision-making.(2)Environmental uncertainty versus cognition Th e relationship between the adaptability and the decision-making quality has a multi-adj ustment function. With the enhancement of the degree of uncertainty of the environmen t,the positive effect of the target-orientation on the decision-making quality is significa ntly enhanced, and the relationship between the metacognitive knowledge and the decisi on-making quality is reduced accordingly.
