Enterprise is the embodiment of the personality of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs are the main body of corporate personality, on the one hand, entrepreneurs for the survival and development of enterprise talents team, lay foundation of scientific development, play a role in their huge, shaping the success of life; on the other hand, for the study of Chinese enterprises leadership provide classic case, the rich Chinese business circles management thought and the Chinese economic development and make due contributions. In this process, compared to other resources, the staff is the core capital and enterprises of all activities are by employees to participate in and complete the, enterprises in the efforts of the staff development and brilliant, employees in enterprise development achievements of their own to achieve the goal of win-win of enterprises and employees, entrepreneurs how to play the art of leadership is the key. This thesis based on employee’s perspective, the entrepreneur leadership research, analyzed our country enterprise leadership status and the art of leadership lag on the management of subject and object, objective factors, this paper introduces "employee silence", "psychological contract", "employee psychological capital value-added", Besbin "team role of" theory describes the entrepreneurs in the use of people, authorization, communication, motivation and different art of leadership on thought and behavior of the staff have a significant impact and on the basis of this proposed strategy to improve the art of entrepreneur leadership. The 21 st century is a new environment of knowledge economy, entrepreneurs face is knowledge, professional quality and individuality of the knowledge type employees, only changing the mode of thinking, innovative concepts of leadership, enterprise in order to retain talent, and have remain invincible competitiveness in the wave of economic development.
