The rapid development of modern economy and the developmental trends of integration and globalization of world economy make international market competition and technol-ogical change becomes continuous variable, and the challenges that the enterprises confront become fiercer with every day. Under such an background,more and more enterprises have realized that knowledge have become the key strategic resources in obtaining competitive advantages, the knowledge that constitute the core-competence enables the firms to survive in the constant changing environment, while effective diffusion of knowledge among organizations is the most direct and effective approach in the process of sharing knowledge currently. Therefore, more and more enterprises share and diffuse knowledge resources by constructing cooperative network to enhance competitive advantages of the whole network. As a new form of business organization, Dynamic Alliance is a dynamic combination of enterprises, and has become the most important institutional innovation. DynamicAlliance created a win-win situation through cooperation. The emergence of d-ynamic alliance make member organizations building long-term relationship and sharing knowledge possible.Firstly, this paper analyzed the factors of knowledge diffusion in dynamic alliance from several levels that the internal and external relationships of knowledge diffusion,rent-seeking behavior of knowledge diffusion,dynamic factors and incentives of knowledge diffusion,the decision-making model of the impact on knowledge diffusion and the main obstacles of knowledge diffusion, and investigated the behavioral characteristics of dynamic alliance from the social network perspective. Secondly,this paper studied the mechanism of knowledge diffusion among the member organizations in dynamic alliance, including the system, the processes, the stages, the levels, the modes and the channels of knowledge diffusion, demonstrated the behavior characteristics of knowledge diffusion among member organizations in dynamic alliance. Thirdly, this paper constructed the relevant model from two angles that evolution of dynamic alliance and knowledge diffusion based on the interaction relationship between evolution of dynamic alliance and knowledge diffusion. This research establi-shed a conceptual model of structural relationship from the perspective of environmental impact, cr-eated a game model on cooperation among members organizations in dynamic alliance by the intro-duction of the"herd behavior"analysis tool; the two models further illustrated the key issues on the operation of dynamic alliance, For the activity of knowledge diffusion among members organizatio-ns in dynamic alliance, this paper build a game model about acceptance and adoption of enterprise in the role of different micro-level and market structure, put forward the explanation of game theory on used mechanism in the process of knowledge diffusion, and constructed a differential dynamic model based on the relationship between network structure of dynamic alliance and knowledge diffusion, analyzed the main parameters affecting the knowledge diffusion and made the simulation analysis. Forthly, this paper studied the evolution of dynamic alliance in the the process of knowled-ge diffusion from "endogenous" perspective, which analyzed not only self-organization evolution, the evolution of structure and membership, but also the end,the reconstruction and the chang of the dynamic alliance network. Finally, this paper chosen Shanghai's Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park posed by the dynamic alliance enterprises for the survey, made an empirical test with structural equation model, draw the relevant conclusions, and further verified the correctness of the theory and models.This paper studies the interaction between the evolution of dynamic alliance and knowledge diffusion from the"endogenous" and"exogenous" two levels, and analyzes the mechanism of know-ledge diffusion among the member organizations in the dynamic alliance network. The process of knowledge diffusion in the dynamic alliance network was described by game theory and differential kinetic equation, on this basis, which is simulated, and achieve quantitative research on knowledge diffusion within the scope of network. This paper analyzed the evolution of dynamic alliance in the process of knowledge diffusion too, and made up the deficiencies of current "endogenous" research. Therefore, this research not only expand the existing theoretical research of the dynamic alliance and the knowledge diffusion, but also gave the inspiration on the cooperation among the member organizations in practice. |
