Research On The Models Of Knowledge Network And Its Knowledge Diffusion In Supply Chain

Supply chain is a kind of operation mode of enterprises in order to deal with the increasingly competitive market.The economic globalization has expanded the competition between enterprises to supply chains.With the knowledge management being increasingly important in enterprises,knowledge resource has become their strategic resource.These activities,knowledge transfer,application and innovation among members of the supply chain,have become the key ways to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.The networking structure of supply chain comes with its some obvious complex network characteristics,such as dynamic,growth and clustering,so the knowledge diffusion process in it also emerges more complex features.It is one of the basic works for analysis and optimization of the knowledge management to model supply chain knowledge diffusion process,however the main content in this work is network structure and knowledge diffusion rule.In this paper,a new knowledge network model and a diffusion model of supply chain based on complex network are constructed.Firstly,this paper reviews the current state of the art in supply chain knowledge diffusion,and summarizes some problems remained to be research in the following aspects: multi-agent,direction of knowledge transfer,critical influencing factors and their effects,then identifies the research emphasis.Secondly,the basic elements and the structure of supply chain knowledge network is analyzed.Consisting of knowledge agent,knowledge resource,and partnership,the network is multi-level,multi-agent,and multi-type.Then based on the concept fitness and multi-local world model in complex network theory,a supply chain knowledge network model is presented with the frame of network model named as LUHVGM,and its construction algorithm is given next.The fact that nodes are multi-agent and ties are directed is considered in the model.And its multi-local structure,variable growing,multi-attaching,and reattaching are analyzed.Thirdly,on the basis of the network model,some influencing factors and their effects are analyzed in detail after the research on the connotation and process of supply chain knowledge diffusion.These critical factors are associated with the network elements,including knowledge absorptive and transfer capacity,knowledge rigidity,knowledge complexity,knowledge reduction and innovation,knowledge potential difference,and partnership strength.A knowledge diffusion model is presented next to the agent knowledge state expressing.In the model,the transfer condition is formed by knowledge potential difference and rigidity,and diffusion path is distinguished by knowledge transfer as barter or broadcast according to the initiator,followed by the formulation that the knowledge stock of agent updates over time.Last,knowledge growth rate,average knowledge stock,difference coefficient of knowledge,spatial distribution of knowledge,and reachability of knowledge serve as the index system for the efficiency of supply chain knowledge diffusion.It provides a way to simulate the real supply chain knowledge diffusion to model its network and the knowledge diffusion in it.Structural characteristics of of Supply Chain Knowledge Network topology reflects the situation in knowledge diffusion network,and their mathematical derivation is a work to be done.Furthermore,they are interesting directions to research the knowledge service strategy in ego-network and global-network of supply chain,and construct cluster supply chain model with spatial factors.
