The present condition of soil fertility and productivity decline, and soil heavy metal pollution , which requires China to transfer its administrative model into "Equal emphasis on quantity and quality, cohere with ecological environment" type. Land Quality Geochemical Assessment and Farmland Gradation are important technical supports to achieve such a change. It becomes a reality needs urgent requirement to use the existing data effectively, and integrate the results.In this background, the paper tries to explore a set of integration theory and method of Land Quality Geochemical Assessment and Farmland Gradation.The main conclusions are:(1) The paper analyzes the theory, method, index and technical system of Land Quality Geochemical Assessment and Farmland Gradation, and on the basis of it ,sums up the integration method and theory. On zhejiang's assessment, proves the method is practical. According to this , summarizes the integration theory, method, system and result application of different scales, different topographies .(2) To select a suitable results express way ,it aimed at different scales, different topographies, on the way of classification ,taking LongYou, JiaShan, ShangShu,FengJiang,as examples. Taking ShangShu,Feng Jiang as county scale, the same as LongYou, JiaShan, carry out the factor integration method. Taking environmental index factors as a whole participate in Farmland Gradation, calculate the utilization index. Taking the utilization index as true value, solve the weight,using the method of least squares . It turned out that the weight and the Pollution proportion is a significant negative correlation (R 2 = 0.983). It is proved to be accurate by the results of the 13 areas study. Considering both research area and verification area, this paper definitudes the dependent linear equation by the way of imperfectinduction: f (x) = - 0.66 x + 0.94, and partitions according the equation.(3) The paper develops integration system. It includes 2 parts , data import module and integrated evaluation module. The data import module can realise the import of geochemical assessment data from the original into classification quickly. Using the integrated evaluation model, we can identify the weight directly, according to the equation or partitions.(4) Taking LongYou and FengJiang as examples, the paper studies the integration results application on land use planning, from the layout and adjustment of basic farmland and planning new construction land two aspects Taking the road rebuilding project of LongYou S50 as an example, the paper studies the application of factor method integration achievement on the Cultivated Land Requisition -Compensation Balance by Class Conversion, by using the factor method integration achievement in the compilation of conversion coefficient table. Based on the iterative method integration, with a case study in Jia Shan, the paper puts forward a new kind of productivity estimation method , by setting the standard of assessment, and comparing the evaluate results with the the standards. It is called health productivity if it met all the criteria.. It is concluded that the agricultural land quality of Jia Shan is good.all are B health farmland.
