Today China's enterprises are in the era that science and technology are advancing rapidly, and the integration of world economy with higher speed, business becoming internationalization day by day more internationalization, mature period is shorter and shorter, and market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. The development of network economy, development of the value network theory, and the upcoming sixth wave of mergers and acquisitions, all so that their production patterns, great changes have taken place. Therefore, under value added effect, the enterprise managers hope that, reconstructing of the organization, streamlining organizational structure, reconstructing the core processes. Therefore, the research of enterprise reengineering which based on the value net is very urgent.Do the study of enterprise reengineering in-depth from the perspective of value net, providing methods and means for enterprise reengineering and system construction process. Value net provides access to resources, information, technologies, markets, and the possibility of scale and scope economies which through learning to get potentially, and help enterprises achieve strategic goals. No matter from domestic management mode and management environment changes, or from the national policy and management innovation rule, the research of enterprise reengineering for the development of Chinese enterprises have larger theoretical value, also has the significant practical significance.The purpose of this paper based on value network theory, doing the study of enterprise reengineering system in a whole, and from four aspects of reengineering which are business process, organizational structure, corporate culture and resources to explore based on the theory of value net respectively, provide theoretical basis and implementation for enterprise reengineering in new environment. In order to better grasp the subject, this paper used the research methods of combined qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis and combined empirical analysis with normative analysis, integrated multi-disciplinary knowledge, and used mathematical model to study enterprise reengineering empirical research based on the value network.This study is divided into four parts.(1) Through the analysis of enterprise development bottleneck in network economic environment, it studies enterprise reengineering with the introduction of value network theory. In this paper, it proposes the value network theory as the theoretical basis for research and discusses that value-based network enterprise reengineering is the most scientific reorganization model in the current or not. It also discusses the feasibility of its technological level, economic level, as well as the implementation level. It is to say, exposures enterprise reorganization to modern value network, not just the chain structure. Analyse the viable and more efficient enterprise organization reconstruction program which can help companies improve the management level, and optimize the input and output, and adapt to market competition or not.(2) Based on system integration perspective to reengineer enterprises were studied. In the past scholars studied something related to enterprises'reengineer such as enterprise culture reengineering, BPR reinventing business process reengineering, organization structure reengineering, etc., obtaining relevant research results. However, these studies were carried out in a side point of view, and there is no standing on systems integration perspective recycling. This paper seeks to treat enterprises'reengineering on system perspective, studying enterprises'reengineering process integration system based on the theory of value net. Inspecting and verifying if the system can effectively solve the bottleneck problem of enterprises' reengineering in the current environment, indeed change the management model which are not adapt modern production management, to make a flexible response to changes in the external environment, improve the competitiveness of enterprises.(3) Paper constructs Value Net-Enterprise Reengineer System. The corporate culture reshape, organizational structure remodeling, business process reengineering and enterprise resources are in integration based on the information technology in value network environment, to form a complete set of business process reengineering.
