"Science is based on measurement", the level of measurement technology is the important evaluation standard for technology development of a country. As the development of the modern science and technology, dynamic measurement plays more important roles in modern metrology than ever before, and the research on dynamic measurement data processing has been becoming the main trends. How to use and evaluate a dynamic measurement system’s data well and rational becomes a research hot-point in modern science research fields. Traditional and classical theories has their advantages, but their shortages cannot be ignored, cannot be used to analysis the dynamic measurement systems.Directed at this problem, firstly this paper explored the method for removing the singular points which accords with the characters of dynamic measurement system based on the analysis of basic theory of dynamic measurement and data processing. Secondly, the paper discussed on the data fitting and forecasting of dynamic measurement system, giving a method based on fuzzy neural network. Finally, aimed at the phenomenon that adopt the static uncertainty theory to replace the dynamic uncertainty theory, this paper introduced a way of dynamic measurement uncertainty evaluation based on Quasi-Monte Carlo method, The example has approved that the measure has more reliable and stable results of dynamic measurement uncertainty evaluation.
