On the background of the penetration fuze general capability evaluation system, the hardware-in-the-loop simulation(HILS) key technologies of hard target penetration fuze (HTPF) were studied, a HILS platform of HTPF was founded including penetration process simulation,HILS and test data processing.At first, the target overload characteristics of underground blindage and command center,garage and weapon storeroom,aerodrome runway,surface naval ships were analyzed. The hard targets were dually partitioned according to the flexible or hardness grade and configuration of target. For example aerodrome runway, its vulnerability was analyzed, educing the result that the key control parameters of three target damage grades are repair time, and validating the target vulnerability of aerodrome runway. The result indicates that the damage effect of penetration submunition equipping the programmable electron time fuze meet the design requirement of undamaged areas of aerodrome runway.The leading factors of penetration overload were anlayzed. There are not enough available valid penetration overload curves, so the statistical method can't be used, the penetration depth experiential formulae are summarized, and deduced a no dimension expression relating with penetration overload using the method of dimension analysis, combining with typical target medium characteristics, educed the leading factors influencing penetration overload, which are target medium characteristic, impact velocity and impact angle etc, and the leading factors influencing penetration overload were analyzed using terminal ballistic calculation and numerical simulation.The finite element model of projectile and target system was founded, three primary input parameters of simulation model are target medium characteristics, impact velocity and impact angle, the numerical simulation test that the projectile penetrates the surface layer and groundwork floor of aerodrome runway target using the test overload curves, selecting the constitutive connection model and state equation of the simulation projectile and target system and combining with the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software, the calculation model was amended using the method of parameter emendation, and the parameters of calculation model were adjusted and optimized, finally the simulation result is consistent with the test result, and the correctional calculation model is validated. The general project and realization method of the HTLS system were confirmed, the high speed data signal simulator of the HTPF hardware-in-the-loop simulation system was designed, including PCI bus interface,center control module and driver of hardware system. PCI9054 was selected as PCI bus interface, the speed matching issue between local bus and PCI bus was resolved in course of data transmission, and the gusty transmission of mass data was realized. The center control module of FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) was designed, realizing the logic control of HTLS system, at one time the FIFO (First in First out) memory was designed using FPGA inner EAB (Embedded Array Blocks )to store the overload data transmitting by PCI bus, and buffer the overload data in course of D/A transition.At last, the different frequency test overload signals were disassembled by the method of wavelet analysis, the projectile oscillation signals were picked out and loaded into simulation overload signals as the source signal of simulation to the simulation system.
